专利摘要:
A rack for mounting on a segmented mine wall face conveyor and for assisting the movement of a drum mining machine along the conveyor, the rack comprising a series of rack segments aligned substantially in an end-to-end relationship, each rack segment provided with a plurality of equidistantly spaced pins adapted for driving engagement with a pinion of the drum mining machine, each segment rotatably mounted on the conveyor, and adjacent rack segments rotatably joined together by a connection link. Means are disclosed for extending and contracting the connection link relative to each adjacent rack segment, and means are disclosed for maintaining the rack at a relatively constant position relative to the pinion in the region of engagement with the pinion.

专利说明:

The invention relates to the mining industry and is intended for such mining machines as mining and loading machines, which move along a running track, for example, in the form of rails or rails. A mining machine feed mechanism is known, which contains a driving gear that interacts with a gear rack arranged along segments of the machine, made in the form of segments that have articulated holders Cl3, In a well-known feed mechanism, a chat tooth interacting with the driving gear of the machine, It is made up of separate segments, each of which is connected to the side walls of the conveyor constituting the machine’s running track. Such a connection makes it possible to change the position of the segments relative to one another as applied to the unevenness of the soil, i.e. in the vertical plane. However, the reliability of work on a curved path is not ensured. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of work on both straight and curved paths. The goal is achieved by the fact that, in the feed mechanism of a mining machine, containing a drive gear, interacting with a toothed rack along the machine’s travel track, made in the form of segments having hinged holders, the gear rack segments are attached to the vehicle’s running track by means of a separate hinge the holder and one connected to the other are hinged connectors. FIG. 1 shows a front view feed mechanism, FIG. 2 - a gear rack with a holder in FIG. 3 shows the feed mechanism and the running track of the machine, the cross section; FIG. 4 - feed mechanism in the curved part of the route, on. FIG. 5 shows the toothed rack segments with a connector, longitudinal section; FIG. 6 shows a rack segment with rubber inserts; FIG. 7 shows a chat tooth with a hinged holder attached to the body of the running track next to the side wall of the rack segment; FIG. 8 is a variant of the guide conductor of the rack segments in the form of a swivel roller; FIG. 9 shows a rack and pinion with a hinged holder located below the rack, in FIG. 10 is a cross section along a rack segment with a hinged holder located between the slats of the rack segment; FIG. 11 is a hinged holder and connector of the toothed rack segments, longitudinal section; FIG. 12 shows the connector shown in FIG. 11, longitudinal section. The feed mechanism of the mining machine (Fig. 1) includes a leading gear. the wheel 1 driven by the drive of the mining machine 2. The gear wheel 1 interacts with the gear rack 3, made in the form of pins attached to two side rails 4. The gear rack 3 segments are hinged to the track 5 of the machine 2, including conveyor pads, a guide tube 6, a flap 7 and a skid 8, attached to the cfaloles 9 of the machine 2. The toothed rack segments 3 have a fixed position relative to the gear wheel, fixed by the slider 10, which encircles the gear wheel 1. A constant distance A (Fig. A) ) between sales The axle 11 of the toothed rack segments and the axis 12 of rotation of the gear wheel 1 are provided by the support surfaces 13 and the slider 10, regardless of the type and degree of curvature of the driving track 5 of the machine 2. The holder V4 (Fig. 2) pivotally attaches the toothed rack segment 3 to the driving track 5 of the machine 2, has a working surface 15 which interacts with the gear wheel 1, as well as the trunnions 16 on which the side rails 4 of the rack 3 are hinged. The holder 14 is attached to the body 17 of the machine’s running track by means of the pins 18. Rotate the gear segment 3 minutes slats relative to the trunnions 16 of the holder 14 in a plane perpendicular to the side strips 4, is accomplished by clearance holes slats 4. toothed rack segments 3 to one another soedineyy sharnirno.soedinitelem 19 (FIG. 2 and 5), consisting of two pins 20 and 21, placed in the oval holes 22 of the side rails of the 4 segments of the rack. An embodiment of the invention is to rotate a segment of the toothed rack 3 relative to the pins 16 of the holder 14 in a plane perpendicular to the side slats 4, due to rubber liners 23 (FIG. 6) placed in the holes of the side slats 4. Rubber liners reduce the pressure on the pins 16 and extinguishes dynamic shocks in the rack. An embodiment of the invention is the use of intermediate segments 24 (FIG. 4) placed between the segments of the rack 3, to which they are hinged by means of connectors 19 (FIG. 5), with the pin 20 and 21 of the connector 19 placed in the oval holes 22 of the segment teeth of the rack 3 and intermediate segment 24. When the machine is running on a straight line section of the running track 5, the oval holes 22 of the segment of the rack 3 and intermediate segment 24 are extended along the longitudinal axis 11 of the gear rack in the direction of the edge 25 This rail 3 and the adjacent edge 26 of the intermittent segment 24. Such an implementation of the connection of the hinged segments of the gear rack 3 reduces the pressure resulting from the separation of the rail relative to each other on the curved path sections of the machine. An embodiment of the invention is a holder 27 (FIG. 7), a hinged segment of the toothed rack 3 to the track 2 of the machine 2, having a working surface 28 interacting with the toothed wheel 1, and also pins 29 and 30 on which the side rails 4 are hinged The hinge 30 of the holder 27 is attached to the housing 3 1, which is attached to the running track of the machine 2 adjacent to the wall of the side rail 4. This side hinge allows opening the space under the rack. A cog wheel 32 can be mounted over a gear 1, (FIG. 8), which is a guide for a gear rack segment 3. The use of a rotating roller 32 will reduce the resistance to movement. An embodiment of the invention (FIG. 9) is a holder 33 with an axis 34 located below the longitudinal axis 11 of the gear rack 3. An embodiment of the invention (FIGS. 10-12) is a holder 35, pivotally securing the segment of the rack 36 to the body 17 of the suspension traces of the machine, 2 and located between the placics 37 of the segment of the toothed rack 36. The holder 35 has a hole in which the king pin 38 is located. The pins 38 interacting with the two driving gears 39 (Fig. 10) are symmetrically located outside the slats 37 of the rack 36 of the gear 36. Segments toothed rack 36 they are connected to each other by means of a connector 40 (4 "d. 11 and 12), consisting of at least one pin 41 of the rack. The connector 40 is pivotally connected to the slats 37 of the segments of the toothed rack 36 by means of pins 42. The connector 40 has two oval holes 43, which are widened along the longitudinal axis 44 of the toothed rack. In the straight section of the track, the oval holes 43 of the connector 40 are extended along the longitudinal axis 44 of the toothed rack in the direction of the single holders 35 hinging the segments of the toothed rack 36. The constant distance A (Fig. 11) between the longitudinal axis 44 of the toothed rack 36 and axis 45 of rotation of the drive gears 39 is carried out by symmetrically arranged support surfaces 46 of the slide 10 (Fig. 10), along which the pivots 38 slide outward of the slats 37 of the gear rack. The use of gear rack segments with two symmetrically located pins that interact with two driving gears, allows to reduce the diameters of the pivots and the pressure on the pivot of gears. Such an implementation of the rack segments allows to simplify the design of the articulated holder and the connectors of the rack segments. sh. 3
